Works included:
- Removal of all old fixtures and fittings; toilet stored for reuse.
- Wall and floor preparation including fireplace removal, installation of new ‘wet room’ shower base and structural reinforcement for tiling on timber floor,
- Tiling and new sanitary ware installation.
